Google Chrome Beta and  Internet Explorer 8 Beta web browsers have recently been released.

Beta software are full versions of programs that are still in testing phase, that people can use (at own risk) and report any problems they encounter, before a final release is made. As with all betas, there can be possible security issues and other problems.

It is a great way to be the first to use brand new software or added on features of a newer version, and to help developers work out possible problems.

Technical updates to our news feeds, are now complete, along with a few tweaks and changes. Feeds will display in  web browsers FF1+ IE5+ Opera8+
